Introducing Birdwood Park

We are pleased to announce the completion of our new state of the art 14-storey aged care and retirement living facility for RSL Lifecare – Birdwood Park. Situated just minutes away from the Newcastle CBD and harbour foreshore, Birdwood Park is Newcastle’s first standalone high rise aged care and retirement living building.

Peter Badcoe House is comprised of 60 ensuited bedrooms, across two full levels of the building. The aged care facility is complimented with outdoor balconies and terraces, as well as a range of sitting, lounge and dining areas, offering options for the residents.

The Long Tan Village features 76 two-bedroom plus study independent living units, cleverly zoned into dining and lounge areas. Large, modern kitchens are equipped with top-of-the-line fixtures and fittings and each unit offers private balconies overlooking the busy King Street. Four penthouse suites offer sweeping views over Newcastle Harbour and CBD, bringing an extra touch of luxury.
