Hansen Yuncken has been awarded a $414m Managing Contractor project.

The client is the Department of Education & Training and the project name is the Building the Education Revolution (BER) which is the design and construction of various new and refurbishment projects within 205 primary schools in South-West Sydney.

The project has an immediate start, with the final school to be delivered by the 16th December 2010.

Hansen Yuncken were originally 1 of 14 major contractors who were asked to respond to the EOI process and are now 1 of 7 Managing Contractors who have been selected for the various regions across NSW.

Hansen Yuncken's South-West Sydney package is the 2nd largest BER package and this project will be the largest to be completed by Hansen Yuncken in NSW.
