Housing the Business and Law School faculties, this dynamic facility was the catalyst for the Newcastle CBD Renewal strategy, projected to attract over 3,000 new students and staff to the area. With natural ventilation a key attribute of the 5 Star Green Star building, it also features a dual-directional sun shading system wrapping around the building form, specifically designed for each solar orientation and to provide excellent sunlight protection.
