Completed in June 2015, Hansen Yuncken managed the design and construction of this 18,500m2 warehouse incorporating a 12,000m2 tenancy for Fisher & Paykel and a 6,365m2 speculative tenancy. Located 20km from Melbourne’s CBD with easy access to Tullamarine airport and the Port of Melbourne, the facility forms part of the West Industry Park Estate at Truganina.
Hansen Yuncken also installed fit-out items as part of the design and construct process as per the Fisher & Paykel pre-lease. To meet the tenants’ operational needs, the construction also incorporated a 15m cantilvered awning, 270 – 390m2 administrative area within each tenancy area, as well as car parking areas and recessed loading docks.
