The former Victoria Police headquarters at 81 Bull Street was transformed into the base for the new Bendigo Justice Service Centre, conveniently located close to the Bendigo Court complex. It consolidates 70 Justice staff operating out of three disparate locations into a single modern working environment, from which a range of justice services are offered to the community. The new building includes a magistrate’s court, interview rooms and secure holding areas to facilitate the growing volume of clients, which necessitated the increased demand for space.
