The RSL Warhaven Independent Living Units Project is located in the suburb of Manunda, Cairns.
The project included the demolition of the original structures, development of 56 new apartments and the refurbishment of 18 existing units. The complex boasts resort-like facilities including subtropical gardens, a highly functional common room with kitchen, bar, library, reception area and manager office. The inclusion of lobby sheds and vegetable gardens allow residents to socialise and benefit from a host of services to promote health and wellbeing. The on site manager, support staff and grounds keepers ensure that the complex is maintained and that any emergencies are quickly responded to, providing peace of mind for the RSL Warhaven residents.
