Hansen Yuncken was selected to deliver this $78 million state of the art retirement village in Sydney's West. Delivered over eight stages, this retirement complex consists of 260 two to three-bedroom self-care units with private balconies, 60-bed aged care facility, parking and on site security.
Hansen Yuncken partnered with Aspen Developments to carefully coordinate construction activities across the eight stages, to minimise disruption to existing residents. Facilities were designed with dementia care principles to increase resident's wellbeing and quality of life at Campbelltown Retirement Village.
