Spread across 12 hectares, Woolooware Shores was designed to complement its waterfront setting. Comprising 228 dwellings within eight four-storey residential buildings, the one, two and three bedroom apartments are light and spacious with modern stainless-steel appliances, a dishwasher, clothes dryer, ducted air conditioning and undercover parking. All feature large balconies or courtyards for a relaxed living environment and numerous entertainment options.
Construction involved extensive infrastructure works and innovative solutions to overcome contamination issues. Hansen Yuncken presented an alternative contamination removal and ground engineering solution, which was adopted with outstanding results.
