Located at the intersection of Burke, Camberwell and Riversdale Road in Camberwell, Aerial Apartments features two towers of luxurious residential living, the tallest rising to 14-levels. Hansen Yuncken partnered with Wood Marsh Architecture to deliver the striking, $84 million feature on the inner-east landscape of Melbourne.
Featuring 144 individual apartments, Aerial comprises a blend of one, two, and three bedroom apartments, as well as sub-penthouses and penthouses rising above Camberwell Junction. The site included the heritage-listed English, Scottish and Australian (ES&A) Bank building which was seamlessly converted into retail and restaurant space. Aerial was successfully delivered through extensive community engagement and responsive planning, allowing a streamlined construction process.
