With 200 industry leaders, academics, and government representatives in attendance, the launch showcased the Centre’s mission to lead safety innovation and foster a culture of well-being within the sector.

The Centre is the result of a visionary partnership between Hansen Yuncken and the University of Newcastle, dedicated to bridging industry and academia to develop cutting-edge solutions for construction safety. This milestone is a vital part of Hansen Yuncken’s Enforceable Undertaking journey, transforming challenges into lasting, positive outcomes for workers and communities alike.

With projects like the Worker Insight Training Simulation, AI-enabled hazard applications, and high-risk work safety animations, the Centre is actively advancing the construction sector’s approach to health and safety.
