Hansen Yuncken launches Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan

Hansen Yuncken proudly launches its Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), reaffirming a long-term commitment to reconciliation and meaningful action with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. The Innovate RAP focuses on embedding cultural awareness and respect across the business while fostering partnerships that create sustainable employment, training, and procurement opportunities.

Developed in consultation with Reconciliation Australia and guided by Hansen Yuncken’s national RAP Working Group, the plan represents a company-wide commitment to learning, listening, and acting with purpose. Through initiatives such as cultural learning programs, community engagement, and collaboration with Indigenous businesses and organisations, Hansen Yuncken continues to build a more inclusive and equitable construction industry for future generations.
