The role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Building Services Engineer to join our South Australian team.

Responsibilities include

• Coordination of mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulic and vertical services across our projects.
• Working closely with consultants through the design of services.
• Management of site services activities and trades.
• Managing testing and commissioning programs.

What’s Needed

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in a similar role.
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Effective time management skills, including sequencing of work and resource management.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of high standard compliance.
