A standout feature of the project is its striking brick-clad façade, thoughtfully designed to complement the surrounding residential architecture while delivering a powerful visual identity. The façade system combines brick facings, folded support rails and mortar on a precision-engineered frame, resulting in a dynamic, light-responsive surface. As sunlight strikes the façade, it appears to glow—creating a sophisticated interplay of texture and light that sets the building apart within its suburban context.
