The Bills Street project formed part of the Victorian Government’s $5.3b Big Housing Build, the largest social and affordable building program in the state’s history. It involved the multi staged delivery of 206 new, modern and energy efficient homes for Victorians facing challenges such as family violence, mental illness and disability, or those struggling to secure safe, affordable housing.

The development provides a 50/50 blend of 103 social and 103 affordable homes, including those designed specifically for disability access. The environmentally sustainable design is targeting a 5 Star Green Star Rating and a 7 Star NatHERS average rating.
