This 18,500m2 warehouse incorporated a 12,000m2 tenancy for Fisher & Paykel and a 6,365m2 speculative tenancy. Located 20km from Melbourne’s CBD with easy access to Tullamarine Airport and the Port of Melbourne, the facility forms part of the West Industry Park Estate at Truganina. Our project team delivered a high quality fitout for Fisher & Paykel’s pre-lease. To meet the tenants’ operational needs, construction of this facility also incorporated a 15 metre cantilevered awning, an administrative area within each tenancy area, as well as car parking areas and recessed loading docks.
