The Hervey Bay Hospital Emergency Department Building supports current and future demands, with flexibility to expand future inpatient services to meet the growing requirements of the community. Our project team completed construction and fitout works of the new three-storey Emergency Department Building and associated external works over an 18 month period. Following completion of the main building and relocation of the Critical Decision Unit (CDU) to Level 1, the existing CDU was demolished and works in the link area and lift lobbies completed.
