An innovative, efficient, fresh produce trading and distribution precinct was created in Epping, replacing the former Footscray Road wholesale markets. Complementary warehousing facilities proximate to the precinct has significantly improved transportation, handling and trading of fresh produce. Our role extended beyond design and construction of the proximity warehousing to preleasing of the warehouses, preparation of the development applications and approvals and securing a takeout party to own and operate the development once completed.
