Located on the busy Holmes Street in Brunswick with high voltage transmission cables and overhead tramlines, this project required meticulous planning and coordination with the Merri-Bek Council, Yarra Trams, VicRoads; as well as surrounding residents and business owners.

The scope of works included the demolition of the two pre-existing brick buildings; followed by the construction of a new four-level self storage facility for National Storage. With a GFA of 10,207m2, in addition to storage units (on the ground floor, first floor and second floor); the development also include two mixed tenancies consisting of a wine bar and bottle shop on the ground floor; as well as a temperature and humidity-controlled wine storage area on the third floor.

National Storage has operated for over 25 years, with over 200 stores across Australia. This new project in Brunswick further expands their presence, providing their customers with a high quality, secure, storage facility.
