Comprehensive planning and stakeholder consultation paved the way for minimal disruption to hospital operations while delivery was underway. Staged works, paired with a adaptable approach allowed seamless decanting of existing buildings for demolition and refurbishment. The team worked collaboratively with end users to achieve early access, providing a sense of familiarity before reopening to the public.
