The series of redevelopments has transformed Australias’s second oldest hospital into a state of the art health facility for future generations of Tasmanian’s.

Comprehensive planning and stakeholder consultation paved the way for minimal disruption to hospital operations while delivery was underway. Staged works, paired with a adaptable approach allowed seamless decanting of existing buildings for demolition and refurbishment. The team worked collaboratively with end users to achieve early access, providing a sense of familiarity before reopening to the public.
