To meet tight programming milestones for this fast tracked design and construction project at Bungarribee Estate in Huntingwood, our project team facilitated early access for the conveyor contractor and coordinated works simultaneously. The facility allowed Toll IPEC to integrate its operations into one ‘super logistics facility’, incorporating a massive automated conveyor system with specific technical vibration challenges.

The largest parcel sorting facility in Australia at the time, this development included 180,000m2 worth of warehouse space, mezzanine floor, main administration office and external hardstand areas. Almost 1,500 tonnes of structural steel and 30,000m3 of concrete were used during construction. Our project team worked tirelessly to overcome unique challenges, delivering a facility which exceeded client and tenant expectations – establishing new benchmarks for industrial delivery.
