Hansen Yuncken is delivering the second stage of development at the University of Newcastle’s City Campus precinct – a new purpose-built student accommodation facility designed to support the growing student community and revitalise the Newcastle CBD.

The project will provide 445 student beds across eight levels, with vibrant ground floor spaces including student and staff facilities, retail, and outdoor communal areas. The development will also feature landscaped surrounds and a strong connection to the existing Q Building – also proudly delivered by Hansen Yuncken, and surrounding public domain, enhancing the campus experience within the city.
