A challenging build located alongside the air traffic control tower at Melbourne's Tullamarine Airport, Hansen Yuncken delivered the project on budget and in time for its official opening by Air Chief Marshall (Ret’d) Angus Houston.
Hansen Yuncken partnered with ASA Major Projects, The Ellis Group and Aurecon to deliver this state of the art project for AirServices, achieving a 5 star Green Star design rating and a 4.5 NABERS energy rating.
Leading the project consultant team, Hansen Yuncken successfully consolidated all departments into the 6080m2 facility, housing office space, associated amenities, a workshop facility, vehicle storage, car parking and landscape works.
