A 6-Star Green Star commercial development in Adelaide’s North Western suburbs, the project has become the catalyst for the urban regeneration of this historic regional centre by relocating 500 Government employees to the Port. The building delivers 6,000m2 of PCA A-Grade office accommodation, 380m2 of retail services together with 151 car spaces.
Hansen Yuncken was engaged by Walter Brooke Architects and one of Australia’s leading property developers, epc.Pacific to design and construct the next generation office building. The $45 million project was contracted to achieve 5 Star Green Star and 5 Star NABERS energy and water ratings, but through the strategic alignment of stakeholder requirements and upfront capital investment the building achieved a 6 Star Green Star Design and As-Built Rating.
