Virgin Australia bays at the southern satellite area of the Brisbane Domestic Airport have received much-needed capacity boost. Installation of a combination of new apron-drive aerobridges and T-aerobridges replace the existing pedestal T-aerobridges which were connected to static walkway links. The bay modifications also required installation of aviation fuel infrastructure. The Joint Hydrant User Installation (JUHI) worked closely with BAC to develop, design and deliver the required hydrant points, isolation pits and pipeline necessary.
