Featuring complex and highly integrated service installations, which required skilful coordination and commissioning to satisfy the high accreditation standards for Defence, this significant redevelopment of facilities for Swan Island’s Army Detachment unit comprised a new administration building, accommodation buildings, and mess and training centre. Works also included refurbishment of three support buildings, construction of a new firing range, base road realignments and extensive civil and landscaping.
