Hansen Yuncken was engaged as the Construction Manager to deliver the ICT Building Repurposing project for long time client the University of Newcastle. The fast tracked project involves the full refurbishment of Level 3 of the existing ICT Building to accommodate the School of Health Sciences. The newly repurposed space will include staff workspaces, meeting rooms, research and laboratory spaces, computer lab kitchenettes, amenities, teaching spaces, informal learning spaces and collaboration zones.
