Ten weeks was the non-negotiable timeframe in which to fitout this 8000m2 corporate headquarters, due to a lease ending. Meticulous planning meant that as each of the four stages was declared complete, the tenant was able to move in the next day. Works included demolition, new timber flooring and feature ceilings throughout, a feature atrium, retail outlet and café, along with modernisation of the internal area of the neighbouring historical building. New partitions, services, signage, fixtures, fittings and equipment, high-end finishes and extensive joinery were applied to common areas, achieving exacting quality standards within the extremely tight program.
