Expansion of Woolworths’ existing regional distribution facility at Minchinbury involved specialist construction expertise for the state of the art 30,000m2 cold storage facility, loading and despatch docking, new perimeter hardstand, refuelling and washing facilities and truck parking. Staff amenities, including offices and parking, were also extended.
