Fast-tracked to deliver outstanding facilities to the client in a high-pressure timeframe, Hansen Yuncken commenced design for this project in January 2014 and achieved completion on 19 September 2014 – only eight months later. By working to generate program efficiencies, Hansen Yuncken delivered this complex project against an extremely tight program.
As the second facility on the Goodman Redbank Motorway Industrial Estate, the Northline Project involved the design and construction of a 23,307m2 warehouse and office, split into the Northline tenancy (12,485m2) and speculative tenancy (10,822m2). As well as these office spaces, Hansen Yuncken delivered a drive-through breezeway, recessed and on grade loading docks, a warehouse office, two main offices, battery charging areas, heavy loaded internal warehouse floor and external concrete hardstands carparking and services infrastructure. The site area totalled 42,000m2.
