Delivering the project ahead of program, within budget and with a perfect safety record, the Hansen Yuncken team provided innovative, real-time responses to significant challenges. Quick strategic thinking in response to unfavourable ground conditions allowed the project team to generate budget for Sacyr, redesigning and renegotiating associated works on site without compromising quality. Recovering over $300,000 through a smart methodology, Hansen Yuncken stabilised the ground under the warehouse using a custom combination of lime and cement, and set tight but realistic revised program targets for project stages to progressively reduce lost time and ultimately finish early.
