Hansen Yuncken has been engaged by Charter Hall to deliver the first warehouse on the Huntingwood East Estate in Blacktown for tenant QLS Logistics. QLS Group is a national warehousing and logistics company servicing the white and brown goods industries. The new logistics warehouse will feature 23,500m² of state of the art warehousing and office space and is being designed to achieve 5-star Green Star certification.
