The Iglu Summer Hill Student Accommodation project saw the delivery of a new three and four storey, 181 bed student accommodation development in Sydney’s Inner West. The project includes the heritage restoration of an existing 1920's ambulance station and is being delivered on a confined site in close proximity to Sydney Trains assets.
