In close collaboration with Endeavour Energy, Hansen Yuncken has delivered a functional, versatile and adaptable campus with a 4.5 star NABERS rating, ensuring the extended lifespan of the facility. The Spring Hill project enables Endeavour Energy to manage all operations and activities on the South Coast region. The project involves full redevelopment of the existing distribution substation including demolition of several structures on the 4 hectare Unanderra site. The development has delivered control and data centres, communications rooms, logistics and stores, oil laboratories and testing facilities, workshops, hardstands, landscaping and covered and uncovered parking for both light and heavy vehicles. This is one of a number of utilities infrastructure projects, Hansen Yuncken has delivered for Endeavour Energy.
