As part of the extensive redevelopment of the iconic Pacific Fair Shopping Centre on the Gold Coast, Hansen Yuncken was awarded the contract for the new David Jones flagshire store as part of the upgrade.
The project consisted of a two level 14,500m2 retail space fitout within the new Pacific Fair Shopping Centre extension. The project included the fitout co-ordination and the first large scale Café/ Kitchen within the David Jones store. The store features VIP personal shopping experience from Beauty rooms, VIP room and concierge reception area. The store also has a large Parents’ room for the Public. The project spanned 20 weeks, which includes 5 weeks of stockout period after Practical Completion.
