South Australia’s first 6 Star NABERS Energy Rated office building, embedding sustainable design and construction principles such as a passive, chilled beam mechanical cooling system. Linking to the neighbouring Santos building, the 23,000m2 tower comprises two levels of parking, retail banking, creche, cafe, public lobby and 12 levels of office accommodation.

Hansen Yuncken partnered with JPE Design Studio to implement a sophisticated delivery method. Off site manufacturing and the integration of BIM are examples of the teams’ collective and innovative approach, which resulted in cost savings, reduced time and resources and enhanced collaboration between all project stakeholders.
