Located in Caboolture, Queensland, Fernhill RACF is a flagship project for Bolton Clarke’s national expansion. Following a comprehensive ECI phase, Hansen Yuncken successfully delivered the contemporary, innovative master planned community – collaboratively designed with residents, their families, community members and specialist educators from the Queensland University of Technology.

This seven storey facility offers 162 residential aged care beds within a world-class dementia care environment designed to promote choice and freedom with quiet spaces, way finding support and an indoor-outdoor environment. Creating a luxurious independent environment, residents have access to a reception area with cafe, a day spa, library, an on site commercial kitchen and laundry, day therapy, rehabilitation centre, cold shell retail tenancies and extensive external landscaping.
