In addition to the clever use of white concrete fins to create a visual rhythm for motorists, the building also ‘wows’ users with an extensive list of premium features – end of trip facilities, flexible workspaces for both rest and play, significant landscaping comprising extensive grass lawns and seating, and an expansive sheltered BBQ area complete with static fitness and exercise equipment designed to facilitate an active and healthy lifestyle. The original scope was increased to include the installation of automatic doors and touchless features throughout, to support a COVID-safe work environment.
