In undertaking this complex heritage refurbishment, original components were incorporated and restored to their original state in Brick and Rendered Walls, as well as original and replicated copper panelling. Original cast-iron turrets were removed and restored back to their original form, as well as restored or replicated timbers windows. The Building’s original entrance revolving door and its surroundings were utilised and re-incorporated into the building design as a sliding door. The external paint colour scheme was conducted in consultation with Heritage SA and Purcell to match one of a kind heritage requirements.
