Hansen Yuncken successfully delivered the $13 million Williams-Sonoma Logistics Warehouse for Frasers Property Industrial. The warehouse supports kitchenware giant Williams-Sonoma in servicing their Australian stores to cater for the recent acceleration in online shopping.

Located in Horsley Park, the 17,965m2 facility features a combination of world-class warehousing and customer specific office space. With a 5-star Green Star design and As-Built rating, the facility also includes battery charging bays, a roof top solar power system, 97 on-grade car parking spaces, heavy and light duty pavement, and a customer pick up area.
