A long standing and collaborative partnership with the Goodman Group has seen two projects handed over within 4 weeks of each other bringing the grand total of seven projects delivered in the last 4 years in Victoria alone. Driven by our team of Industrial Sector experts, a strong team environment, cohesiveness, trust and coordination is all part and parcel of the successful partnership.
Completed in May 2017, the Bunzl & Speculative Development at Power Park Estate was brought in ahead of schedule with outstanding safety and complete customer satisfaction. This 18,000m2 warehouse was split between two tenancies, providing administration offices, car parking areas and recessed loading docks together with independent heavy duty truck hardstand area and access points.
Within 4 weeks, the team hit another milestone as keys exchanged hands with Parragon Publishing. This impressive two-storey building spread over 10,500m2, offers exposed ceilings, feature staircase and polished concrete floors creating a unique on-trend ‘inner city industrial feel’ for the ongoing expansion of the UK based publisher.
Both fundamental projects to the Goodman Group’s ongoing support of their customers, these projects are testament to the teams’ understanding of the fast-paced delivery requirements associated with industrial style projects. Translating bespoke requirements into practical solutions reaffirms our commitment to delivery, resolution of risk and partnership.
We are now working with Goodman on their next project at West Industry Park (WIP) (next door to Parragon) which will be the 5th project undertaken by Hansen Yuncken and the largest instalment to date out of the 8 projects Goodman have built at WIP.
