The Live-in Accommodation was delivered as a Short Term Delivery Project to accommodate Defence personnel undertaking training at Puckapunyal Military Base in Victoria.
The project involved the complete design (from inception) and construction of three Live-in Accommodation buildings, each consisting of 37 sole occupancy unit bedrooms with adjoining ensuite, and shared common areas with kitchen and lounging facilities.
Commonwealth legislative sustainability requirements were met by incorporating Green Star initiatives into the design and creating greater amenity for personnel occupying the facilities.
Demolition of an existing Live-in Accommodation building and landscaping works with shared outdoor entertaining facilities including a gazebo and cooking facilities rounded out the works.
