The Rundle Place Retail project encompasses approximately 30,000m² of retail space across four levels on a constrained 7,200m² CBD site bounded by Rundle Mall, Grenfell Street and narrow laneways to the east and west. The project involved the demolition of the former Harris Scarfe Building and several adjoining shops, followed by the installation of a basement retention system prior to construction, addressing significant technical and logistical challenges throughout delivery.
