Works consisted of a substantial expansion and refurbishment of the SAAB Australia Headquarters at Mawson Lakes, South Australia. The project included construction and fitout of a new two storey office and administration building, alteration, and refurbishment of existing facilities and construction and fitout of a new training facility, staff amenity areas, manufacturing workshop and storage warehouse.

External civil works included construction of additional car parking and an entry roadway, an entry statement pylon signage, staff outdoor amenities areas, hard and soft landscaping, stormwater detention, fencing, and gates and Site Security Infrastructure.
