Our structured Undergraduate and Graduate Development Program is designed to assist young people entering the industry, who have a drive to learn, develop and succeed. Providing a challenging and rewarding learning environment, we support the achievement of your formal qualification and industry experience. Typically, our undergraduates study a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Engineering.
Our program equips you with the technical knowledge, tools, experience and leadership skills that help shape your career. From day one, you will be trained in our integrated business systems and digital construction tools. Throughout the program, you will experience the diversity across our business in areas such as design, estimating, planning, quality, programming and safety.
Juggling studies and work can be challenging—so we offer flexible hours during the program and extra support through established Peer Groups and Mentors, available to assist your learning. While we value hard work and achievement, we believe work should be enjoyed as well, which is why we host networking and social events, helping you feel part of our strong team culture.
