Peter Salveson

Peter Salveson

One of the things Peter Salveson loves most about working in the construction and property industry is its opportunity to leave a lasting legacy. With a career spanning more than 30 years, Peter has been involved in the construction of some very impressive buildings.

Providing our people with
a culture where they feel engaged and challenged
is very rewarding.

As Peter looks to the future,
he’s excited about what’s in store
for Hansen Yuncken.

Rexine Jones

Rexine Jones

Naturally systematic, strategic and analytical, Rexine Jones is future focused and fascinated by technology. She’s determined to push the boundaries of Hansen Yuncken’s operational capabilities through innovation to work smarter, safer, and smoother.

I consider myself in service to our projects – viewing them as my clients. I’m here to make sure they have the integrated tools they need to succeed.

When Rexine thinks of partnerships, she thinks of people, operational technology, and finance working in synergy to achieve incredible things.

Lindsay Albonico

Lindsay Albonico

From his start in the industry as a trade apprentice, through to his current role leading the New South Wales, Queensland and Australian Capital Territory business unit, Lindsay Albonico’s key focus is creating high performance teams and developing future leaders.

Engaged teams with a drive for excellence deliver the highest quality projects for our clients, and I love being a part of that journey.

Rigorous in his approach, Lindsay sees tremendous growth and potential to innovate throughout the NSW, Qld and ACT business unit.

Michael Bridger

Michael Bridger

Dynamic and adaptive, Michael Bridger doesn’t adopt a one size fits all approach to the Defence sector. His near three decades of local and international experience has seen some of the most intricate, complex and secure facilities come to life.

Playing a role in delivering Australia’s Defence facilities is a rewarding experience and demonstrates our responsibility for the broader community.

Michael’s commitment to collaborative partnerships paves the way for projects founded in design excellence and technical innovation.

Matt Cadle

Matt Cadle

Community and client focused, Matt Cadle guides the Tasmanian business unit to deliver a range of projects from iconic and heritage listed museums through to the next generation of health, justice, and educational facilities.

Some of our projects are iconic, some are uniquely Tasmanian – all contribute to the community in which we live and work.

Drawn to the challenge of complex projects, the rich history of Tasmania provides the perfect playground for Matt to deliver projects that serve the broader community.

Jeremy Ell

Jeremy Ell

For Jeremy Ell, a job well done is merited against the quality of outcome, as much as the relationships forged along the way. Commercially astute and adaptive, Jeremy has seen Hansen Yuncken move from strength to strength throughout his near 30 year construction career.

Providing people with practical solutions based on decades of hands on and technical experience is a rewarding way to guide the next generation of our industry.

His love of challenge, fuelled by curiosity, critical thinking, and attention to detail, makes a difference to the work we do.

Claudine Lucas

Mark Rosenboom

Mark Rosenboom

Mark is proud of Hansen Yuncken’s 85 year history in South Australia, partnering with governments and private enterprise to deliver some of Adelaide’s most iconic projects.

Over eight decades, we’ve completed over a thousand projects across a range of sectors, creating buildings that have added to Adelaide’s unique heritage.

Mark is proud of our passion for building, which filters throughout our people and organisation. He’s fortunate for the exceptional and dedicated team over nearly nine decades in South Australia.
