The Lot 4 West Industry Park Distribution Centre at Truganina adds to our long list of contracts secured with the Goodman Group highlighting our positive and long-standing relationship with this client.
The works included the design and construction of a 40,000m2 triple tenancy DC. Half of the building is occupied by anchor tenant CS Logistic Solutions, with the remaining space split between two 9,877m2 speculative warehouse units. All tenancies include high quality, multi-level corporate office space and separate car and truck circulation. Also notable is the one way drive-around truck access featuring an impressive 40 metre wide ‘super canopy’ for all three units.
